What a beautiful day its been here. As some of you know I'm pretty poorly right now and I've been reliant on a wheelchair for getting anywhere in the past few weeks. But today after a very long lay in, I woke up and had the urge to go outside and go cycling. Its the first time I've felt this awake in months. I didn't go far but I loved every second of it.

On the way I saw a pair of Herons calling to each other and the fields were full of Meadow Pipits and I even saw 2 Mistle Thrush's. I stopped to take a photo of the Lambstails which are filling the roadside trees right now. What a lovely afternoon I've had.
I'm now tucked up back in bed and the garden has my full attention again.

Phil has been here all afternoon, oh its so nice to have him back. The Crows are still here too and are so noisy. I watched one trying to rip the roofing felt off my summerhouse earlier! The others are busy digging away in the grass as they squawk continuously. Still no signs of lambs.......

Just popped outside and seen the new moon. Its so clear tonight I can even make out the crators just where the shadow goes across. What a lovely end to a day :-)
