Nesting Time

One of the best things I saw today was this little Blue Tit with his beak full to the brim with nesting material. I'm so glad I managed to get a photo of him. I also spent time watching this Bee collecting pollen from what I think is a blackcurrent plant. I even managed to catch him in flight in this shot which is fab. I went for a walk today down to the Swallow Falls in Betws Y Coed. The weather was perfect and it was a stunning walk along the river bank. On the way we came to a spot in the woods, which was full of different types of butterflies. I spotted a Peacock, Red Admiral, Cabbage White and and Orange tip all in the same spot in the sunshine. Back in the garden, Mr No Tail was strutting his stuff about this morning. and the fields are just full of lambs frolicking around. There has been so much talk on the TV about the stunning sunsets we may get because of the Volcano erupting in Iceland that last night I sent Alan out with my camera. It was a lovely sunset but nothing as spectacular as I'd imagined.
