Chaffinches everywhere

Another lovely day here in Snowdonia. The snow has all gone apart from the very tips of the mountains. The garden has been dominated by Chaffinches today, lots of them everywhere. This male Great Tit shows his big black belly stripe well, females have much narrower stripes. I took this photo of the woodpecker yesterday. He was posing so well I got loads.
My new cat sitter did so well last time and said he enjoyed it so much, I've decided to go way again. So next week there will be no blog, still got few more days worth first though.
