Its been wet and VERY windy here in Snowdonia today. I almost got blown off my feet as I tried to refill the feeder this afternoon. I'm happy to say a Redpoll has been here again all day. I'm quite chuffed I managed a photo of him in flight. I don't know if it's the same one as the other day but I'm guessing it is. He absolutely adores Niger Seeds.
He is ever so sure of himself as he just carried on eating without even a flinch as these two male Siskins were fighting around him. The Siskins squabble with anything. Here is one attacking a male Great Tit who is twice his size. 
The Chaffinches are always around. This female was balancing on my little willow fence
as this male Chaffinch filled himself up with Sunflower seeds.
Finally here is one of the Robins. We seem to have lost one as I've only seen two flying around for the past week or so.
