I just love frosty mornings with clear blue skies and the crisp fresh air like today. I would have thought the sun would have brought the bugs out for the birds to eat but they were all as busy as ever at the feeder. This male Great Tit is in fabulous condition, I would love to pick him up and stroke his feathers to feel how soft they were. I don't think he would appreciate it to much though.

Aww! You sound like you would make a brilliant bird-ringer - wanting to identify and look closely at the birds :)
